Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days we're unable to offer a refund or store credit.
Condition
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to decline any return that shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage not present at delivery.
How to return
Online returns. Items purchased online can be returned for a full refund to your original payment method. A return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. To start a return, contact us at and we'll guide you through the process.
In-store returns. Merchandise purchased online can be returned in-store, and items purchased in-store can be returned online through our returns portal (provided you supplied your email at checkout). Returns processed in-store receive a full refund with no shipping deduction.
Final sale — non-returnable items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear
- Bodysuits
- Third-party items
- Gift cards
- Items discounted 30% or more
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, return it for store credit and place a new order — this is quick and easy to do in-store.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact our Customer Care team at within 14 days of delivery. We'll provide a complimentary return label and issue a refund to your original payment method once the item is received.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at .
